Guelph Storm forward Max Namestinikov has been suspended for four games by the Ontario Hockey League for a hit on Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds forward Jack Beck in Game 1 Thursday night.
Namestnikov is eligible for Game 6 of the best-of-seven series if it goes that far.
Namestnikov checked Beck in the slot as the Soo forward was off balance. Beck was tended to on the ice following the hit then skated off gingerly. He did not return to the game and was not expected to play in Game 2 Saturday night.
