GuelphToday received the following letter from a reader upset with the fact some people don't make it clear where the garage sale is.
As we’re at the start of the garage sale season, you could do everyone a great favour.
Please let the people who plan such events that the MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE SIGNS they put up is THE ADDRESS!
The lettering on the signs should be large enough to be easily seen. It is usually barely an inch high. It should be readable at a glance. You can’t slow down to read the address. while driving.
