Driver inattention-related road deaths poised to double the number of impaired-related deaths this year.

On Aug. 31, 2016 at 1:31 p.m, a member of the Guelph Police Service Traffic unit was conducting speed enforcement on Victoria Road North. While there they observed a motor vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed.

The male was transported to the Guelph General Hospital where he received medical attention
