GuelphToday received the following Letter to the Editor from reader, John Steggles, in response to a previous letter about the need for a CAO who is 'keen to get Guelph to net zero emissions':
The letter from Elizabeth Snell concerning the appointment of the new CAO is absolutely correct .The past political wranglings between mayors destroyed the early advantage we gave ourselves .
We are faced with climate disaster we in Guelph have to do our part to rectify the situation and the leadership and inspiration must come from the city.
