Items will be ready for Pick up Tuesday, Sept. 28, from 12 noon - 7 pm & Wednesday, Sept. 29, 10 am - 6 pm.
Or please call 519-767-3424 to pre-arrange a pick-up time on Tuesday, Sept. 28 through Thursday, Sept. 30 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Due to COVID restrictions entry into the Health Centre is not permitted and Drop-ins will not be accepted.
Items will be brought outside to you by a Foundation staff member. Please have your ID ready and winning confirmation at the time of pick up.
