For over 30 years, Terra View Custom Homes Ltd. has served as Guelph’s leading builder of new, custom and net-zero homes, becoming an industry leader in energy efficient homes.
They were one of the first builders in Canada to adopt the ENERGY STAR for New Homes Program as a standard of construction for all of their homes in 2007.
Since then, they have been early adopters of each new energy efficiency voluntary program.
In 2017, Terra View’s Terra Condos project at NiMa Trails was selected as one of 16 projects for Canada Green Building Council’s Zero Carbon Building Standard pilot program. The program will help to inform the future development of building standards for energy efficient homes across the country.
NiMa will also be Guelph’s first carbon-neutral condo project, among only a handful of such developments in the country.

As a strong pioneer of sustainable building practices in Canada, Terra View Homes has made a tangible difference right here in Guelph.
So far, they’ve completed 57 environmentally friendly residential properties in the Guelph area, with 17 more currently under construction.
