September 4, 2023 is our 30th Wedding Anniversary. This year we will be celebrating this wonderful event aboard the Rocky Mountaineer. Three years ago my sweet husband, Lorne wrote me a beautiful letter, entitled "My Beautiful Wife", each time I read it I well up, it's so touching.
Well it's my turn. I am marking 30 years with my wonderful husband. Lorne you are wonderful, caring man, a man of integrity, loyal and trustworthy, a man with a Godly spirit, a love for Jesus. You are my soul-mate, my best friend, my forever love. I am so glad God saw fit to orchestrate that first meeting at the bible study so many years ago.
With God at the helm, we have certainly been on an adventure. I can't believe it's been 31+ years since those first dates. It just seems like yesterday, when we began this wonderful life of love, laughter, some sorrow and heartache, but oh! so many blessings and joy!
