Up Close and Personal with the Ward One Acts Play Festival

Thursday, July 4, 2024 8:00 PM - Saturday, July 6, 2024 5:17 PM

It's the annual Ward One Acts Play Festival at Guelph Little Theatre! After social distancing kept the audience in the theatre's usual seating arrangement last year, theatre-in-the-round returns.as actors perform up close and personal on stage, amid a semi-circle of audience members.

This year, 3 shows will be presented:
“The Theory of Accelerated Hotness” by Andrew Batten
“What We Cast Off, What We Keep” by Judy Klass and
“Stay Home” by Jane Litchfield.
Directors and performers have been busy with rehearsals and
adapting to the seating configuration.
It is a new way of working for our directors, Christena Jackson, Jane Brooks and Don Sawchuk.

The festival runs July 6 through July 9!
Thursday, Friday and Saturday have evening shows @ 8pm and Saturday and Sunday have matinees @ 2pm.

Tickets are only $10 for all 3 plays.
Tickets can be purchased online @ thelittleboxoffice.com/guelphlittletheatre/
Come experience this year's festival,
produced by Jacob Thompson-Patterson!
