Allow me to introduce myself… my name is Deborah Olender, and I have been licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1999. I was born and raised in Fergus, and now a long time resident of Guelph. I have been married for 40 years to Mark, and have a son, Kyle, daughter-in-law Candice, and am a Grandma to my sweet little Shelby, who is one of the greatest joys of my life!
My career began with Royal City Realty in Guelph where I worked for 4 ½ years and then moved to RE/MAX where I have had great success for the past 25 years! I have sold homes in the starter range to multi-million dollar homes in the Guelph, Fergus, Elora, Kitchener/Waterloo, Cambridge, Milton, Toronto, and as far north as Owen Sound, and specialize in Resale and New Home construction. I was the exclusive Representative for New Horizon Homes in Fergus for a period of 3 ½ years, selling 175 lots, where I acquired a vast knowledge of the process of building a home from start to finish. I took pride in doing re-draws of builder plans, colour selections, change orders, and worked closely with the builder and site supervisor on each home being constructed. Fabbian Homes (now Gemini Homes), was another builder I had also worked with, as well as Finoro Homes, representing their site in Salem.
My passion is helping people achieve their goal of home ownership, and guiding the through the process every step of the way. I have lawyers, lenders, and home inspectors
