Chris Sanderson’s passion for real estate may have started when he was a toddler. His mom recounts him requesting house tours immediately upon entering any new home. That passion turned professional in 2013, when he joined Planet Realty as a licensed Realtor®.
For the past 6 years, he has been working full-time to meet and exceed the expectations of his clients in Guelph and the surrounding area. With over 15 years in sales & customer service, Chris excels at understanding the unique needs of each client, whether they are looking for investment opportunities, first-time home buyers, or seniors looking to downsize. He prides himself on his ability to form a genuine relationship with each client, and to work with integrity and transparency to provide his clients with realistic goals. His high volume of repeat and referral business speaks to the first class service and professionalism that every client receives.
As a life-long athlete, Chris exemplifies a competitive spirit in all aspects of his life. Since 2010, he has played a leadership role in the local Ultimate Frisbee community, establishing and captaining numerous teams to represent the Guelph-Kitchener-Waterloo region at the National level. His naturally competitive character allows him to be highly effective in pressure-filled situations. His clients have thanked him for making their real estate transactions stress-free while he negotiates the most competitive price during any purchase or sale.
Chris lives in Guelph’s east end with his wife and two small children. Whenever he’s not working, he can likely be found throwing a frisbee, watching the Raptors, or riding his bike with his kids.
