Dave was born and raised in Brantford, moved to Guelph to attend UofG in 2001, and never left. Growing up, Dave had an interest in business and investing. Moving to Guelph opened his eyes to the opportunities of applying his interest in Real Estate to purchasing his first investment property in 2003.
With some early success, Dave began to grow his real estate portfolio, learning some lessons along the way. This knowledge led him into a career in real estate sales, helping first time buyers understand the process, and first time investors build the confidence to purchase their own investment properties.
After 2 decades in the business, Dave has built a team of professionals that help in all aspects of real estate ownership, from financing to renovations, and has continued to ensure his client's success in real estate ownership.
