Thank you so much for your opinion piece about Guelph D grade for transit.
You nailed it, every point you made is exactly what I have experienced with Guelph and its transit system. Actually Guelph reminds me of Brampton 1980. But what Brampton figured out which Guelph has not, is that if your open this invisible boundary that keeps Guelph in its bubble you open up to modernization innovation and healthy growth for all.
Guelph transit seems only interested in the University and getting you to your factory job.
So, who is making the decisions and why, but most importantly for who? Its time Guelph stopped this silly illusion it has of itself. It is not 1980, grow up.
