This weekend it's time to 'fall back.'
Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday which means you should turn your clocks back one hour before going to bed Saturday night.
The good news is we will get an extra hour of sleep Sunday morning and there will be more light in the morning.
But it also means the start of those darker afternoons.
The time change brings sunrise and sunset about 1 hour earlier on Nov 5, 2017 than the day before.
