GuelphToday delivers 90 cuddly Teddy Bears and $7,500 in donations for Guelph General Hospital

Our business community came together to bring smiles to the faces of children spending the holidays in hospital

The GuelphToday Teddy Bear Caper is an annual program that calls on our generous business community to come together and donate cuddly teddy bears for children spending the holidays at Guelph General Hospital.

In addition to donating the stuffies, 100 per cent of all funds raised during this initiative go to Guelph General Hospital to support local healthcare.

This year was the sixth annual GuelphToday Teddy Bear Caper and we collaborated with 31 fantastic local businesses.

Together, we raised $7,500 and delivered 90 cuddly teddy bears!

GuelphToday is proud to lead this worthwhile cause in an effort to give back to our community and make the holidays a little brighter for local children and families who are in hospital over the festive period.

Thank you to everyone who got involved!

Next year will be the seventh annual GuelphToday Teddy Bear Caper, and we need more businesses to get involved so we can deliver an even bigger impact for children at Guelph General Hospital. Email Liz O'Donnell, General Manager, [email protected] to find out how you can help!
