Meeting will discuss ways to make electoral reform a reality by 2019

NDP MP Nathan Cullen will be in Guelph on Thursday, Mar. 30 for a town hall discussion on the path towards democratic reform for 2019.

Cullen has been an outspoken advocate of electoral reform and was a leading figure on the Special Committee for Democratic Reform that studied this issue. Cullen has been the MP for Skeena-Bulkley Valley in British Columbia since 2004 and is currently the NDP critic for Democratic Reform and Ethics.

Cullen was a strong contender and garnered national attention during the 2012 NDP federal leadership race.

The town hall event will take place at 7pm at the Guelph Civic Museum and is free and open to all. Community members of all ages and political stripes are encouraged to attend. This meeting will discuss ways to make electoral reform a reality by 2019.
