A pair of developers want to build 57 condominium cluster townhomes on Eastview Road.
The application for a zoning by-law amendment needed to build the homes at 78 and 82 Eastview Road has been filed with the city.
The properties are located on two parcels of land totalling 3.25 hectares on the north side of Eastview, across from where Starwood Drive and Auden Road connect to Eastview.
Just under one hectare of the property is protected wetlands.
The developers of the properties are a pair of numbered companies.
There will be a public meeting on the application June 10, in council chambers.
The land is currently zoned “urban reserve” and the applicant is seeking a “residential townhouse” zoning.
