Terra View Homes is proud to announce that they have been named the 2024 recipient of the ENERGY STAR Canada Small-size Builder of the Year Award for new home construction.
The ENERGY STAR Canada Small-size Builder of the Year Award recognizes a Canadian new home builder who demonstrates excellence and best practices in the ENERGY STAR for New Homes (ESNH) program. Winners are selected based on activities that advance market transformation towards improved energy efficiency in Canada.

This is the third time Terra View Homes has been named the ENERGY STAR Canada Small-size Builder of the Year, receiving award accolades previously in 2020 and 2022. From 2022 to 2023, Terra View Homes constructed 28 new homes in Guelph, Ontario certified by ENERGY STAR, demonstrating their dedication to enhancing energy efficiency beyond the ESNH standard.
