A rally marking the one-year anniversary of the province’s moratorium on water taking permit applications is planned for Friday, Oct. 13.

The Say No To Nestlé is organized by Wellington Water Watchers and Save Our Water, supporters will gather outside the constituency office of Guelph MPP Liz Sandals at 173 Woolwich Street at noon.

A press release says the “Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Aquifers” will perform “Wynne or Lose”, street theatre that tells Premier Wynne now is the time to Say No To Nestlé in Wellington County and to phase out permits to bottle water in Ontario.
