My outdoor cat, Leo, has been missing in the Elmira road north/Flaherty area since Oct 21. He is known to be away for about 24 hours but this long is out of character. He is an all black cat with a bit of white on his chest and belly. He should be wearing a red reflective collar with a City of Guelph tag.
