Balkind, Jeffrey Eric “Jeff” in his 58th year, passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington in Guelph on March 3, 2024.
Jeff was the beloved husband of Cheryl of 25 years, loving and proud father to their sons Kalmen and Conner. Cherished son of Eric and Peggy. Brother to Joe (Teri) and Nadine (Mike). Predeceased by his sister Gillian (Mike).
Beloved son-in-law of Elizabeth (predeceased David) and brother-in-law of Angelia (Sandro). Son-in-law of Merv (Barb) and brother-in-law of Kelly, Stacey (Dave) and Ashley (Don).
He is survived by many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A special thank you to Don, Rob and Shawn and his work friends at Watson Food Ltd.
Jeff will be remembered by his strong will and stubbornness at times which served him well in his fight against his Multiple Myeloma journey. Jeff was an electrician who liked working with his hands, he loved playing his guitar, being in his shop working on his latest wood projects or tinkering away at this and that. He enjoyed most of all riding his Harley Davison from time to time.
Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local cancer centre or to Myeloma Canada would be appreciated.

Jeff, you will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.
