Passed away peacefully on June 1, 2021, just 10 days before his 91st birthday, after being well cared for at the Elliott Community in Guelph. He was the beloved husband of the late Magdalena (2010). Dear father of Mark, Brian and Brad (Christine). Cherished grandfather of Jacob and Sage. Willard will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family. He was predeceased by his siblings Reta Bearinger, Olive (Wesley) Brubacher, Irene (Ernest) Mount, Melvin (Margaret) Bearinger, Beulah (Arthur) Weber, Mabel (Ephraim) Martin, Aleta (Fred) Stanbury, Howard (Jessie) Bearinger, and Violet (Gerald) Pitts. Memorial contributions to Canadian Cancer Society 519-249-0074 or the Elliott Community 519-822-0491 would be appreciated. Willard’s wish was to have his body donated to science and follow with cremation. The family will celebrate his life at a later date, in their own fashion.
