Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at Lapointe-Fisher Nursing Home on Monday January 27, 2020 in his 85th year.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Martina Petranella Beaumont (2004).
Predeceased by all eleven of his siblings. Will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews Catherine (Verdon) Ellis, Helen (Ken) Picken, James Beaumont and Elaine Buckie. Fondly remembered by his friends, relatives and neighbours.
Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph for one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 1:30 pm. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre.
Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Hugh C. Beaumont in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 2:30 pm.
