In her 87th year, and surrounded by family, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, October 6, 2019. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Susan Ciocci (John), Lisa Ritchie (Murray) and Jennifer Beehler (Mabel), by her grandchildren Lisa Friars-Blit (Joel), Kurt Friars and Mary Handy (Matthew), and by her great-grandson Theodore. She will also be missed by her step-grandchildren Kiel Wilson-Ciocci (Amanda) and Simon Wilson-Ciocci, and step-great-grandchildren Alexandra, Nico, Koen, Giulia and Luca. Pearl was predeceased by her son, Kurt William Beehler (1955-1971).
Pearl will be lovingly remembered by her brothers and sisters, in-laws, and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks go out to Dr. Ellen Pavanel and her staff for their wonderful care of mom over many years, as well as the Bayshore nurses and staff at the Royal on Gordon Retirement Home, who helped us provide care and comfort for mom in her home, as was her wish.
At Pearl's request, cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date to be announced. Memorial contributions to Hospice Wellington would be greatly appreciated by her family.
