It is with great sadness we share that Pietro Beghin passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at the age of 84. Born in Vedelago, Treviso, Italy, Peter survived his wife Joanne Beghin (nee Innocente) whom they shared 55 happy years of marriage. Loving father of Robert and his wife Donna. Beloved Nono of Matthew (Gabriela) and Lucas (Hannah). Dear brother to Santina Gastaldin and Settimo and the late Teresa Perin, Veto, Antonio, Bruno, Mario and Elia. Fondly remembered by his numerous nieces and nephews. Peter will be missed by many friends, especially the gang he chatted with daily at Tim Hortons. Peter lived an extraordinary life, immigrating from Italy to Toronto, Canada in 1956, eventually landing in Guelph, Ontario where he started and ran his company “Crown Caulking” alongside his son Robert for over 40 years. It is hard to put into words how much we will miss you, but we take comfort knowing that you and your wife will be together once again.
