Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side at Grand River, K-W Hospital on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at the age of 54 years. Irene was the beloved wife and best friend of Garry Hickey. Proud and devoted mother of Sherry Benoit, June Hickey (Eric Sayer) and Stephen Hickey. She was the cherished Grandma of Darnell, Jordan; Byron, Noel; Telena and Anton. Irene was the dear sister of Hilda (Herb), Don (Marjorie), Felix (Jeannie), Roy (Grace), Venecia (Terry), Virginia, Shirley, Finty (Maria), Pauline (Tom), Paul (Bonnie), Pius (Sheila), Scott (Lesley) and Leonard (Aida). She will remain in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Friends may call at the
