Jan passed peacefully at his home in Belwood, Ontario, on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at the age of 91.
Beloved husband of the late Ann (nee Feddema – January 24, 2012).
Loving father of Ron (Laura) of Ottawa, Mary Ann (Peter) of Dundas, Trish (Robert) of Guelph, Jeff (Erin) of Waterloo.
Opa (grandfather) to Sherry, Shevaun (John), Kristopher (Amanda), Jamie, Spencer, Jenson and Ethan. Great-Opa to Selina, John, Patrick, Violet and Luke.
A private family graveside service will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery on Thursday, January 28th at 10:30 am.
