It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden peaceful passing of Marion A. Berry (Delves) on Friday, April 12th, 2024 at the age of 78.

Marion leaves behind her children Bobby and Janice (Jason), grandchildren Branna and Keely (Ashton), her great-grandson Klayton, her brother Ted (Cora), many nieces and nephews, and numerous friends and family.

Marion was a true Berry, she was a pillar of strength for many including her husband, Bob to whom she was married to for 55 years. Through every challenge anyone she knew faced, she would always call to make sure you were okay and ask if there was anything she could do for them. She made everyone she crossed paths with smile, laugh and feel loved even if they only met once.

Marion retired from Sears after 32 years which left a void in her day that she needed to fill. She spent her days crafting, singing, baking, writing and many other things with the people she loved most.

The family is at peace knowing she has been reunited with her husband Bob (2021), her sister Doris (2016), her parents and Bob’s parents, as well as all of the Berry Boys and their wives.

Friends will be received at WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Thursday, April 18th, 2024 from 4:00 – 7:00pm. Funeral service will be held at the Salvation Army, 1320 Gordon St., Guelph, on April 19th, 2024 at 11:00am. Interment will take place at Memory Gardens.

Arrangements entrusted to WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL (519-822-0051 / www.wallcustance.com).

The family would like to thank the staff at Wellington Terrace (Cedar Gorge & Oak Glen) for the exceptional care and support for Marion over the past 3 years.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation.

A tree will be planted in memory of Marion A. Berry in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
