It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Anne Billings. She passed away peacefully, in her sleep, on February 27th, 2022, in her 79th year, at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre with family by her side.
She will be sadly missed by the love of her life, her husband of 57 years, Ralph “Chick” Billings. Dear Mother of Shelley Sweazey (Freeman) and Michael Billings (Rebecca Sawchuk). Cherished Grandma of Luke Sweazey (Kendal), Ashlee Burke (Devon), Sam Sweazey (Emma) and Jack Sweazey (Kyanna). Also surviving Anne are her sisters Maureen Ollerhead (Robin) and Carol Macdonald (Earl), her brother Reagan Lee, sisters-in-law Nancy Lee (Sonny (2013)), Susan Kargus (Roy) and Barbara Billings and brother-in-law Bob Pole (Elaine (2015)). Predeceased by her parents William and Annie.
As a graduate of the St Joseph School of Nursing in Guelph, Class of ‘63, Anne treasured her many nursing friends and met with them as often as possible.
