Passed away peacefully on October 31, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Guelph.
Beloved husband of the late M. Patricia Black (1996). Loved father of Suzy (Steve) Symes of Tobermory, Sandy and the late Larry Turpin of Owen Sound, Tim (Marlene) Black of Thunder Bay, Heather (Dave) Kennedy of Guelph, Holly (Gary) McKee of Florida, Jeff (Kelly) Black of Guelph, Shelley (Randy) Sutton of Kitchener, Jackie (Brad) Speers of Guelph. Special grandfather to many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A very special thank you to the nursing staff on the 3rd floor at St. Joseph’s Health Care Centre for the excellent care given to Norm during his stay.
Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 10-11 am. Funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday at 11 am with Rev. Bill Chapman officiating. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Guelph, ON.
