We are saddened by the loss of our loving father called home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 2, 2019 in his 93rd year. Erich passed away peacefully at the Village of Riverside Glen, Guelph surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of the late Ruth Erika (nee Bass - 2003), loved father of Martin Bohl (Angela Allan) and Helga (Mark) Hermann.
Dearest grandfather to Stephanie (Alex) Drung, Christopher (Kristan) Bohl, Jonathan, Daniel and Katrina Hermann, and great grandfather to Charlotte and Adelaide Bohl.
He will be dearly missed by many relatives and friends in Canada, USA, Germany, and New Zealand.
Friends and family will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Thursday from 7-9 pm and Friday from 10 – 11 am. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 11 am. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre. Private family interment on Saturday at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph.
