BORNINO, Joe Rocco Nick

God called Joe while surrounded by his loved ones on September 8, 2022 at Groves Memorial Community Hospital at the age of 76. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Rosa. Cherished by his dear children, Joey (Meghan) and Lisa. Joe is now reunited in heaven with his parents Francesco and Carmela, and his sister’s Rosa (Tony) Polifroni, and Giuseppina (Tony) Renda. He will be held dear in the hearts of his many nieces and nephews and the Lombardo family.

Family was the most important thing to Joe. He worked hard his whole life to provide and support his family. He was at his happiest when surrounded by his family and friends enjoying a delicious meal in his home while celebrating life's milestones. We will always cherish our time together and are immensely grateful that he lived a happy life. We take solace in knowing that he is now at peace watching over us.

Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where the family will receive friends and relatives for visitation on Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm. A Funeral Mass will take place at 10:00am on Monday, September 12, 2022 at the Basilica of Our Lady, 28 Norfolk St, Guelph.
