Passed away at Hospice Wellington on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Bridges (2020). Loved mother of Jim (Sue) of Magnetawan, Brenda Pos, Tim (Ang) and Robin Cobean (Shawn) all of Guelph. Proud grandmother of Jeremy, Tyler (Rachel), Lindsay (Dan), Amy (Darryl), Sadie, Mandy (Jon), Mark, Brittany (Brad) and Heidi (Nathan); great grandmother of Addison, Peyton, Maveric, Lachlan, Jolene, Murphy, Finn, Fred and Margo. Dear sister of Bob Howitt (Janice) and sister-in-law of Doris Watson and Chris Bridges. Betty will be fondly remembered by Deb Bridges, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents Orton and Edith Howitt, her siblings Jack Howitt, Bill Howitt, Ken Howitt, Joan Eastman and Pat Bridges.
A private graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph.
