Peacefully at Wellington Terrace on Thursday December 28, 2017. Mary Lou (Conover) Britton in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Garnet Britton (1976). Dear mother of Ted (Sue-Ann) of Waterloo, Barb Rees (Tom) of Collingwood, Rand (Marie Thompson) of Guelph. Sadly missed by her six grandchildren; Jason, Sarah, Ashley, Dan, Connor, Hunter; and her ten great grandchildren Grace, Lila, Evelyn, Lucas, Vanessa, Alexandra, Nathan, Danielle, Philip, and Simon. Loved sister of Ted Conover (Billie), Anna Jane Gray (Jack deceased). She will be missed by her nieces and nephews Peter, Cathy, Jim and Laurie. Predeceased by her parents Mary Louella (McClelland) and Reginald Conover and her brother James. Mary Lou was an active and long time member of Norfolk Street United Church. The family would like to give their thanks to the special care their mother received at Raglan Village in Collingwood and Wellington Terrace in Fergus, it was appreciated.
A private family service will be held at later date at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
