It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Bryant on October 1st, 2022 at the age of 78.

Beloved partner in life to Julie Fletcher. Loving father to Laurie, Clint (Krista), Charissa (Matthew), Sarah (Geoffrey) and Brittany (Justin). Cherished grandfather to Owen, Maxwell and Jack, and step grandfather to Quinn. Uncle to Michelle (Jeremy) and Kimberley. Dear brother of Su-Anne Doyle (Michael). Predeceased by his parents Hazel and John Bryant. He will also be fondly remembered by his many friends and extended family.

In his early years, Jack lived in Arthur, ON and at the age of nine he moved to Guelph. To Jack, his family was his whole world. He loved his children and grandchildren dearly, always making them the priority in his life. He was the one that they all went to for support, guidance and encouragement knowing that he would be the constant cheering them on for anything they wanted to accomplish in life. He had an impeccable memory and would greet everyone with a firm handshake and a beaming smile. With his love of billiards, Jack even taught his daughter, Brittany, how to play and showed great pride when she chose to take it on professionally. He will forever be remembered for his contagious laugh, his passion for sports including baseball and horse racing, and his big loving heart.

He will be deeply missed by all the residents he considered family at the White House Apartment (Skyline Living), where he worked as the Property Manager for over 20 years.

A massive thank you to all the nurses and PSW’s at Hospice Wellington. Your care, kindness and compassion will forever be appreciated.

Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St N, Guelph. The family would like to invite guests to a visitation that will take place on Friday October 7th, 2022 from 1-3pm and 5-7pm. A private family service will take place at a later time. The family would appreciate guests wearing masks to ensure everyone’s health and safety.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Wellington would be greatly appreciated by the family.
