Passed away peacefully at Lapointe-Fisher Nursing Home on Friday, November 9, 2018, in his 74th year.
Predeceased by his wife Judy Davison-Burns (2007). Loved father of Margie (Ed) Scott, Howie Burns Jr. and John Burns. Dear brother of Marlene (Bill) Hanlon, Elmer Burns Jr., Robert Burns, Earl Burns and Cheryl (Alvin) Cox. Predeceased by his parents Elmer and Helen Burns, and his sisters Margie DeShane and Gloria Lefneski. Survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 12:00-2:00 pm. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre.
