After a brief battle with cancer, Barbara passed away peacefully at home
on Saturday, February 2, 2019 in her 87th year.
Beloved wife of the late
Robert F. Carr (2000) and loving Mother of Robert (Monique), Michael
(Laureen), Jeffrey, Terry (Annette) and Nancy. Cherished Grandmother
(affectionately known as 'Bamma') of Karla (Ben), Morgan, Robert (Jessie),
Timothy, Christopher, Rachael, Jordan, Jared, Hannah, Riley, Derek,
Madison, Jay and Jenna. Great-Grandmother of Cooper. Dearly loved sister
of Norma Hendrick and Diane Nicki Law. Fondly remembered by many nieces
and nephews. Predeceased by her parents John McGlade and Delia Derouin,
her brother David McGlade and sisters Bonnie Kehoe and Catherine Moran.
Barb will always be remembered for her sense of humour and for her love of
life, family and friends.
As per Barbara's wishes cremation has taken place.

friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099
Gordon St. Guelph on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 7-9 p.m. and on
Friday, February 8, 2019 from 11 a.m. - 1p.m.
A celebration of Barbara's
life will be held in the chapel at 1 p.m. A reception will follow in the
funeral home fellowship lounge. As expressions of sympathy, donations to
the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Donation
cards are available at the funeral home 519-821-5077.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the WWHLIN,
