(May 9,1931- November 9, 2022)

After a brief illness, she went to her heavenly home, with her family lovingly by her side.

She was a beautiful and beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, a cherished friend, and Christian. Predeceased by son Mike (1982), brother Dudley Gough, husband Wally (2007) and son-in-law Brad Dyer (2012).

She will be sadly missed by daughter Bonnie Dyer, Grandchildren Melissa and Steve (Alison) as well as her 7 great-grandchildren Tycho, Kaylea, Quinton, Malcolm, Riane, Arayla and Emma. She will be missed by her furry companion Cuddles.

Special thanks to her long-time friends who kept her laughing and spirits high her entire life. Veronica will be remembered by her friends for her wonderful sense of humor. Thank you to Chartwell Retirement for making her happy and comfortable and for their special care throughout the years including the nurses, Dr. Anna, Martha, Trina, and too many more to mention. We are grateful especially for everyone’s compassion and prayers in her final days. We have so much appreciation and love for her many friends at Kortright Presbyterian Church who she very much cherished and considered them to be her 2nd family. She enjoyed visiting the Holy Land and lending a helping hand to a small village in Nicaragua.

Special thanks to her earth angel granddaughter Melissa Dyer, who took loving and tender care of her throughout her final years.
