Of Guelph, passed away at Guelph General Hospital on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the age of 78.
Beloved wife of 56 years to the late Donald Cooper (2022). Dear sister to Joanne (Darrell) Sikkes-Martinez, William (Mary Lou) Sikkes, Terry Sikkes and Ena (Lida) Sikkes. She is predeceased by her parents Yntje and Catherina Sikkes. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends around the world. Grace will be missed by her thoughtful and caring neighbours.
Grace was born in The Netherlands on August 23, 1944. She was an active member at Knox Presbyterian Church, Guelph. Grace and Don loved to spend their time travelling and going on many cruises. They have fond memories of visiting many different countries. Grace also liked to spend her time cooking, baking, and entertaining her family and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at Wall-Custance Funeral Home, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 11:30am.
