DR. WENDY PARKER, DVM, DVSC
July 2, 1946 – June 29, 2023
Wendy left us on June 29th, 2023, at the age of 76. Her devoted partner of 44 years, Paulette Samson, was once again, as always by her side.
Predeceased by her parents Leslie and Kathleen (McMurtry) Parker.
She will be missed by her sister, Dawn, her brothers’-in-law Gary (Olga), Dean, Stephen (Cindy), and her sister-in-law Audrey (Vlad), along with nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, her numerous friends and her furry child, Abby.
Special Thanks to the various healthcare workers who were so caring and supportive as they treated her. Deep appreciation to our neighborhood community and dear friends for their love and support during this difficult end to our journey, which would have been so much tougher without you.
To honour Wendy’s memory, a Celebration of Her Life will take place on Friday, July 21st at 2:00 at the Gilbert McIntyre Funeral Home at 252 Dublin St. N, Guelph, ON.
All who know Wendy and Paulette are invited to attend and share in the memories of Wendy’s wonderful life. In recognition of Wendy’s love of nature, we ask attendees to dress comfortably.
