Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Sunday, July 24, 2022, with her cherished family by her side, at the age of 61.
Beloved wife and best friend of 30 years to Blaine. Loved mother of Thomas Childs (Diego) and Emily Childs (Jason). “She will be fondly remembered by all of her kids”. Jane loved all animals, especially elephants, and she will be dearly missed by her furry children Andy and Sophie. She was the crochet queen and was pretty good at knitting too. Above anything, she loved spending time with her family and friends.
A special heartfelt thank-you to all of the ICU staff who took incredible care of Jane.
A memorial visitation will be held at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Friday, July 29, 2022 from 7-9 pm.
Memorial contributions to the Guelph Humane Society or the Foundation of the Guelph General Hospital would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of T. Jane Childs in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
