Passed away peacefully on June 23, 2020 surrounded by family, after a hard fought battle with cancer. She was 57.
Mother of Richard (Melissa), Philip (Srithion), Lisa (Kevin), Alexander and Lillian. Beloved grandmother to Lawrence, Annika, Adelaide, Sydney and Breanna.
Survived by her mother, Elizabeth Osidacz, and brother, Michael (Tracy). Predeceased by her father, Jaroslaw Osidacz, and brother.
A private visitation will be held at WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL (206 Norfolk St, Guelph, 519-822-0051) on Thursday, June 24th. Please note COVID-19 restriction are in effect and a mask is required. We ask people to maintain social distance at all times, not visit if sick, and respect the directions from the funeral home. There will be a private service will be held Friday, June 25th.
