CLAFTON, Jane Rachel

Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Friday October 21, 2016 in her 41st year with family and close friends by her side. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. Jane had a vivacious and playful spirit and could always be counted on to lend a helping hand to those in need. She was always there to liven things up with her quick-witted sense of humour and infectious laughter. She will be missed by all those who knew her and we will all cherish our memories of our time with her. Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Thursday from 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada or Hospice Wellington.

A tree will be planted in memory of Jane R. Clafton in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 2:30 pm.
