Katie Connolly passed away on Monday, February 22, 2016.
It is with heavy hearts that we inform you that our mother, Catherine Connolly has passed, after a long fight with cancer.
Catherine was best known in the community as Katie, the crispy-fried-tofu queen from Cafe Aquarius and all it's reincarnations.
Please join the family to bid farewell to a kind and generous soul, and a lady that tells it like it is.
A wake will be held at the family home 50-91 Poppy Drive East. Guelph Ontario on Wednesday February 24th, beginning at 5 pm until late.
A celebration of life will follow in the spring. We will be accepting donations for some of Katie's favourite charities, and thank you for your support.
