Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, in her 93rd year.
Beloved wife of the late D. John Cramp (2018). Loved mother of Linda Butters (Michael), Jan Fischer (William) and Susan Shody (David). Cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Mae Cann. Predeceased by siblings Jack, Ted, Gordon, Audrey and Enid. Mary will be missed and remembered by all those whose lives she touched.
Anyone who visited Mary and John's home will remember Mary's love of plants and flowers. She always had a beautiful patio garden and her indoor plants were the envy of all. She was especially skilled at growing African Violets. Her home became an unofficial 'plant hospital' where she would take sickly plants, nurse them back to health and return them home. Mary's family were both impressed and amused by her commitment to her plants. She enjoyed the outdoors, spending time at the beach, the trailer and northern Ontario.
