Passed away peacefully at home on Monday, March 21, 2022, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of the late Marie (Cremasco) (2001). Dear father of Brian, and Michele (Scott Hickingbottom). Cherished Nonno of Eric (Bianca), Andrew, and Lucas. Loving brother of the late Veronica (Bruno) Comazzolo, Adelina DaMaren, Egidio (Maria) DaMaren, Carlotta (Tony) Giacometti, and Giuseppe (Adelina) DaMaren. Dear brother-in-law of Della (late Tony) Cremasco, Mary (late Victor) Cremasco, late Aldo Cremasco, Frank (late Rita) Turner, (late Louie & Marie) Cremasco. Also loved by many nephews and nieces.

Angelo immigrated from Casacorba, Italy in 1956. He started his life journey residing in Guelph and founded DaMaren Construction where he built many custom homes in our city. During this time he met his true love Marie. His earlier life passion for carpentry brought him back to a career in woodworking at Barzotti Woodworking where he handcrafted beautiful furniture for almost 30 years. The most important thing in life to Angelo was his family. He adored his grandsons and treasured all the wonderful memories they shared. The family would like to thank Dr Tobin for the home visits and special care, the Bayshore Palliative Care Team, Closing the Gap PSW's. A special thanks to niece Judy for all her care and support, to the Paramed Nurses Josi and Ella for their weekly visits and Nurse Margie at The Foot Clinic.

Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, on Friday from 3-7. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. John’s Church on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment at Marymount Cemetery.
