After a brief illness, Richard passed away at Hospice Wellington on Wed. Mar. 2, 2022 in his 89th year. He will be dearly missed by his wife of over 66 years, Shirley (nee Brown), his children Linda (Kim), Rick (Michele), Roy (Jen), Lori (Walter), Shelley (Casey), Sean (Georgeanne), his grandchildren Justin (Hayley), Amanda, Troy, Taelor, Kailey (Eric), Taylor (Cody), Kya, Ryan (Sarah), John (Liz), Shaylan (Marc), Daniel, Sara, Sydney and Camden, also 19 great grandchildren.
Rich was the dear brother of Muriel (the late Howard) and brother-in-law of Jean (the late Ken). He is fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Roy and Frances, sister Sylvia (Jack), brother Robert, sister-in-law Judy, daughter-in-law Sheila and grandson Trevor.
