DeCORSO, Antonietta

Died peacefully at Wellington Terrace, on Friday, June 10, 2016. Antonietta (nee Fusco) DeCorso, age 89 years, was the beloved wife of Nicola DeCorso. She was the dear mother of Ted and his wife Cathy of Thornbury and Tony and his wife Christina of Ariss and the late Maria. Antonietta was the loved Nonna of Alessia (Ben), Matthew, Zachary, Isabelle and Jessica, and the Bis Nonna of Talen and Thea. She is the dear sister of Concetta DeConno and her husband Arturo of Guelph, Diodoro Fusco and his wife Anna Maria of Italy and Carmelo Fusco and his wife Elisabetta of Switzerland. She is also remembered by sisters/brothers-in-law and special and kind Zia to many nieces and nephews. Antonietta was a life-member of Sacred Heart Church CWL. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Wellington Terrace. 

Friends may call to meet with the family at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, (Tuesday, June 14, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 10 – 10:30 a.m.). A Vigil for Antonietta will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 98 Alice St., Guelph, on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 11 a.m. Entombment of Ashes, Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery.
