Richard Darral Dell, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2021 in Guelph, Ontario. Richard was born in 1935 in Billings, Montana. He will be sadly missed by his wife Jane Dell (Reid), his son Richard (Betty) of Watertown, Tennessee, his daughter-in-law Lynn Dell of Connecticut. Predeceased by son Brian. He is survived by his sister Donna Teegarden (Tom) and Rita Stewart (Stew-deceased) of Montana. Predeceased by his first wife Sheila. He leaves behind many
grandchildren, Carrie (Michael) Wrubel, Shane Dell, Tyler Dell, Justin Dell (Viera), Allison Dell (Michael Randi) and Zachery Dell (Paige Landis). Richard will be sadly missed by his great-grandchildren, Zoey, Remington, Vivian and Gavin. Richard was the step-father of Charlotte Blevins (Tim), Scott Reid (Shelley), Brian Reid (Lynn), Michelle Bigelow (Brent) and grandchildren.

Richard spent his career working in Human Resources for Mobil Chemical for 38 years. During these years, he and his family moved to many different places in the United States. Richard built many lasting friendships over the years with those he worked with. He loved the outdoors and had a passion for gardening, hunting and fishing. In 1981, Sheila and Richard moved to a farm in Lima, New York. They spent many wonderful years together until Sheila passed away with cancer in 1996. In 2002, Richard married Jane Reid and moved to Cambridge, Ontario. He spent his time in the sugar bush and enjoyed his beautiful garden. He also enjoyed his walks at the mall with his good friends. Since 2011, Richard battled cancer and survived a heart attack. Richard committed his life to serving God and enjoyed fellowship with many friends.

Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St. Guelph. A private family service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 3 p.m.. Please watch the service on Zoom by clicking on the Zoom link below.
