After a courageous battle with breast cancer, we are saddened to announce the passing of Jenna Chrystine Delong, in her 34th year, on Saturday, September 3, 2016, at the Guelph General Hospital. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished daughter, beloved granddaughter and much loved niece. She will be terribly missed.
The van Empel and Delong families will receive friends on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 5 - 8 p.m. with a Memorial Service in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 10 a.m.
