DENSMORE, Abbey

Sadly, with family members at his side at Hospice Wellington on Thursday, May 26th, 2022, Abbey Densmore, age 102 years, was the beloved husband of Mary (Fardella) Densmore (deceased-1995). Dear father of David, Abbey Jr. (Cathy), Peter, Teresa Pearson, Mary Catherine Brohman (Bill deceased-2002) and Geraldine (David Wood). Pre-deceased by his parents Adam R. Densmore, Rose Ellen Densmore, brothers Tom (Pearl), Fred (Alice), sisters Margaret (Norm Jackson) and Alma (Bill). Survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren who will miss their grandpa and great grandpa dearly-he was a huge part of all their lives.

Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph where the family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, June 3, from 9:00am - 10:00am. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, June 3, 10:30am at the Basilica of Our Lady Immaculate, 28 Norfolk St, Guelph. Interment at Marymount Catholic Cemetery, 5600 Hwy 6., Guelph.

As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Joseph Health Centre Foundation, Hospice Wellington, or the Basilica of Our Lady Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
